During the class we will concentrate on marking out designs and stitching the patterns. If you want to make a “sampler” like the one I have later then you will need:
6 cream background fabrics cut 13” x 7” (you will trim this after stitching to 6.5” x 12.5”)
6 different coloured fabrics, the strips are all cut at 1.5” wide and 6.5” and 12.5” long.
For the binding you will need a long quarter of fabric. Backing and wadding. I use a soft cotton wadding when I am doing a lot of close hand quilting.
See you in March!
